1. PAYMENT
- Pay only when the staff has arrived & pay directly for the staff who give you the massage (no deposit in advance)
- You only need to pay the price on the ticket, tipping + travel fees are included in the ticket price
- In case the staff collects a wrong price, please tell the staff directly and you only need to pay the correct fee
- In case the staff collects an incorrect price, please click the complaint button and submit the complaint content, or you can call the hotline +84334740869 for complaint.
- After checking, we will resend you the balance that the staff has incorrectly collected.
2. INCORRECT STAFF
- If you booked a STAFF SELECTING ticket, but the one coming was not the staff you have chosen, you can contact the call center and require another staff to come. Or you will have the right to cancel the ticket without paying any costs.
3. CHANGING STAFF
- In case you want to change the staff as soon as he/she arrives at the destination, the support fee is 100,000 VND
- When the massage has started, the correct fee will be collected
4. EXCHANGING MASSAGE TICKET
-You can change the package during the massage process. Just directly inform the staff who are giving you the massage.
Eg: If you are being given a 60-minute massage and you want to change into a 120-minute massage ticket, just directly inform the staff who is massaging for you.
5. CANCELLATION
- Do not worry if you have to cancel the appointment unexpectedly. Canceling the appointment before the staff travels will be completely free of charge. You just need to call or send a message to +84334740869 to inform the cancellation.
- In case the staff has traveled or arrived: support fee for transportation is 100,000 VND
6. ROOM, HOTEL, GUEST HOUSE CHARGES…
- If you choose to get massage at the hotel, guest house, ... you will pay the rental fee.
- The staff will only give you the massage, you only pay for the massage ticket
7. PRIVACY
- During the process of using service, please do not record videos, take pictures...
8. YOU CANNOT AFFORD THE TICKET
We apologize if this situation happens. As we want to provide you with best experience and service, we hope that this problem will not occur.
- We provide service and only accept payment on the spot. We would not move to another place according to your request so that you can take money and pay
- Should you use the service without paying the fee, we would like to:
+ Keep your identification card, related papers and existing assets. We would record videos and take photos of you for storage. Those things will be sent back to you after you pay.

9. SENSITIVE SERVICES
